Dance Party for St. Jude to Raise Funds for Kids Battling Cancer

WHAT: A Dance party will raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® through the Special Events for St. Jude fundraising program. St. Jude is one of the world’s premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.

For all who want to participate, it is a $20 donation at the door for those not participating in raising money. This includes a half-hour group dance class followed by a Dance Party with finger foods, beverages & great music. Enjoy meeting new people, learning how to dance and being a part of a great cause.

If you would like to raise extra money for St. Jude, you may request a Sponsor Form prior to this event. All participants will try to get sponsors like friends, common neighbors, business associates & local businesses to sponsor you for Anchor Dance Studio’s Dance Party to raise money for St. Jude. All proceeds go to St. Jude! Please bring your sponsorship form & donations to this event.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: St. Jude depends on community-based fundraising programs like Special Events for St. Jude to continue the hospital’s groundbreaking research and lifesaving care. The daily operating cost for St. Jude is nearly $1.4 million, which is primarily covered by public contributions.
