My Fitness classes are EASY and FUN... you'll forget you're working out (beside the sweat). Bring a towel and water! :)
New Schedule:
Mondays: 6:30pm & 8:30pm.
Wednesdays 7pm.
At Anchor Dance Studio in Oradell NJ, right on Kinderkamack Road! (Parking behind the Library).
